This game is about a person trapped in a labyrinth of 13 level in which you only have 30 sec each time to explore, gain coin, talk to pnj, or avoid enemies. Each set of LV have is own addition or content, so some thing are only disponible once. 

You only have 3 lives and if you lose them it's game over.
